The goldfinch is a small bird, it weighs like a rusk. It never stays still, not even at night. With 500 beats per minute, his heart lasts for six years. It lives in the moment, like all birds, and has one of the clearest birdsongs. In Italian culture is linked to Mafia, illegal markets, christianity and Vivaldi. Regardless of the context in which you find it, one desires to possess it. It's the most beautiful thing you can have.

The Most Beautiful Thing – Prints.

A golden bird cage here becomes a ring for someone else to show off. The little bird may not be the only one trapped by the perception of others, as the golden house and the immobile girl at the door suggest. I created a video with my 3D models and borrowed some generic nature online. My personal imaginary  seemed to fit into a collective one, which I shape in the audio. I want to transport you to my daydream, did I succeed?Not all that glitters is gold. Not the House, not the Ring, but my daydream.
